In Dec. 2008..we gave money to Toys for Tots program through the radio station V101.1 ....(Our 1st public giving outing)
2009..
In Mar. 2009.. We helped build Affordable houses with Habitat for Humanity for low income families to move into and have somewhere to live.
In May 2009.. We donated 20 bikes to students at Georgian Hills Elem. (which is our adopted school) for students who excell in academics and students who made great improvements from the previous year,our goal was to help build self-esteem, self worth and self-confidence .
July 2009.. we sponsored a luncheon for the kids at Ronald McDonald House, we will cook hot dogs and hamburgers etc. and just hung out with the kids and showed them some love.
July 2009..Strictly Vettes teamed up with Soul Classic 103.5 for Belts For Boys Drive..(belts given out to boys to pull there pants up instead of them sagging)
In Aug 2009.. Beat the Heat Drive.......We gave out Fans and A/C,s to the elderly and disable to help them stay cool for the summer.
Aug. 2009.. Our back to school supply drive, we donated supplies to our adopted school(Georgian Hills) to help parents in financial need.
Nov. 2009.. We helped fed hundreds of homeless citzens of Memphis at the FedEx Forum on Thanksgiving Day.
2010...
Jan.2010..We started a Bottle Water Drive to Aid the victims of the earthquake in Haiti, 65 cases were given.
Feb.2010..We gave a cash donation to Georgian Hills Elem. for uniforms,supplies and T-Cap incentives.
April 2010..Strictly Vettes hosted a Symposium on Infant Mortality at the Hickory Hill Community Center for 1st time mothers and mothers with babies 1yrs.old or less
May 2010.. We presented the 1st Will James "Excellence Award" to a deserving student at Georgian Hills Elem. A Plaque was given and a Cash Donation.

NOV.20th...Strictly Vettes of Memphis Gave 60 TURKEYS to put on 60 needy Families Tables for Thanksgiving @ Hollywood Comm. Center..What a Day!!!!

Jan.17th 2011...Dr. Martin L.King,s Day...."Operation Cover up", Strictly Vettes donated wool caps & socks to our homeless citizens in Downtown Memphis to help them stay warm for the winter.
May 28th…..Strictly Vettes presented a deserving student at Georgian Hills Elem. our Will James Award of excellence, the award came with a plaque and a cash donation.
June 5th…..Strictly Vettes served dinner for 150 children of St.Jude and let them took pictures by the corvettes.We spent time with them and there families at the Ronald McDonald House and left them a hefty donation.
Aug. 7th...Strictly Vettes donated $1000.00 for the 2011-12 school year for uniforms,supplies,books and incentives for the students at Georgian Hills Elem.To help relieve pressure from struggling parents who are having a hard time financially.
Dec.7th..Strictly Vettes partnered with Mid-South Food Bank and News Channel 5 for the "Annual Holiday Food Drive"Strictly Vettes donated 30 Turkeys to needy families in the Memphis area.
Dec.23rd..Strictly Vettes took Gifts and Treats to the children at St. Jude,s Children Hospital "Ronald McDonald House"...Bringing a and a Merry Christmas to the children and there families for the Holidays.
May 17th...Strictly Vettes of Memphis gave a hefty donation to the Mid-South Food Bank to help feed hungry citizens in the Memphis & surrounding areas..This donation provided more than 300 meals to families in need..... Mid-South Food Bank serves over 60,000 individuals annually......
May 17th...Strictly Vettes presented De`ja Davis a deserving student at Georgian Hills Elem. our William "Will" James Award of excellence, the award came with a plaque and a cash donation.
May 18th...Strictly Vettes participated in the Virginia Davis Walk for the Lupus Foundation and gave a donation to help forward the awareness of this deadly disease.
May 21st... Vertel Johnson a 6th Grader at Georgian Hills Elem received the Strictly Vettes Award of Excellence with the Award came a Plaque and a Cash Donation for his excellence...congrats VerteL!! A deserving student at Georgian Hills Elem. our William "Will" James Award of excellence.
June 29th....Strictly Vettes of Memphis/Mid-South Camaro Club combined resources and sponsored a Breast & Prostate Cancer Awareness Day. Both Clubs received Proclamations/Resolution From The City of Memphis appreciating all the community service both sister clubs do in the Memphis Community...Thank-You Memphis & Councilman Collins.... Special Thanks to Lisa Mcpherson-Pres.MSCC/Maurice Woodard-Pres. SVM on showing Great Leadership in their perspective clubs...Good Job!!!
Oct.19th...Thanks to Strictly Vettes members who walked in support of Breast Cancer, we are doing the most in every community to help people with Breast Cancer today and striving to find cures to end the disease tomorrow, also Strictly Vettes gave a donation to the cause.
Oct 25th...Strictly Vettes Joined Radio Station V101 Radio-thon 2013 on October 25th to become a "PARTNER IN HOPE" at St. Jude Children Research Hospital. Strictly Vettes pledged automatic monthly donations each month to help eradicate childhood cancer.

Mar 30..Strictly Vettes was up early Sat.morning at Georgian Hills Elem.eating breakfast with the children and motivating them to do there best on the upcoming T-Cap Test and to always "Be the Best they can Be"
April..Strictly Vettes was invited to St.Jude Children Research Hospital Appreciation Banquet for the work &cash donations on a mouthly basis we provide as a club to help eradicate these childhood diseases.
June 28th..Strictly Vettes again partnered with our sister club Mid-South Camaro and sponsored a Breast/Prostate Cancer Awareness Event.The event was a success, over $800 was presented to Wings Cancer Foundation to buy Wigs for Breast Cancer survivors.
Aug.26th... UniversalSoul Circus,Strictly Vettes,Mid-South Camaro Club and local Civic leaders and community organizers are fighting to end the senseless killings on the streets of Memphis with a Peace Rally Parade in the Hickory Hill Community.
Oct.5th...Strictly Vettes & Mid-South Camaro hosted our 1st Wigs for Breast Cancer Ladies Car Show.This car show benefited Wings Cancer Foundation, we raise a substantial amount of money and patrons donated wigs as well for Breast Cancer survivors ....What a Great Show it was!!!
Nov.9th..Strictly Vettes of Memphis Corvette Car Club hosted the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Memphis Dinner for Families on Sunday, November 9, 2014. The club members volunteered by preparing and serving meals for 125 persons currently in residence at Ronald McDonald House , which serves approximately 70 children and 85 adults.Strictly Vettes and RMHC have partnered each year to serve meals to the families that reside at RMHC and plan to continue that tradition.
Dec.3rd.... Strictly Vettes donated $1000.00 to the Mid-South Food Bank for the Holiday Food Drive to help feed needy families the Holiday season.

Oct 3rd..Strictly Vettes was apart of the Memphis 13 ceremony, The Memphis 13 were 13 first-graders who desegregated Memphis City Schools in 1961
Oct.6th..Strictly Vettes went and spent time and gave a donation to Hope Lodge ,Hope Lodge helps cancer patients and their families through more than 25 Hope Lodges Nationwide which provide free, temporary housing for cancer patients who are undergoing cancer treatments.
Oct.22nd..Strictly Vettes teamed up with Mid South Camaro Club to host our 2nd Wigs for Breast Cancer Car Show. This Car Show benefited the Wings Foundation.. Donations & Wigs went to Breast Cancer survivors.
Oct.23rd..Strictly Vettes was awarded from Tennessee Governor Bill Haslam a "Certificate of Recognition", Commissioner Willie Brooks Presented us with a "Resolution"...State Representative Johnnie Turner Presented us with an "Proclamation from the State of Tennessee" for the work that both clubs have done in the Memphis Community.... 3 Awards in one day!!!
